Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The actual amount you pay will depend upon your circumstances.
The fee is up to 1%, but a typical fee is 0.3% of the amount borrowed.

Derek is a fully qualified Mortgage adviser and has been offering clients throughout the UK tailored solutions and recommendations since 2003 throughout the UK having been based in Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders for many years.
Derek’s passion is to ensure every step is kept simple, straightforward and stress free for his clients.
Derek is proud to have the Certificate of Excellence from Vouchedfor and appears in the 2021 Guide to Top Rated Financial Advisers distributed in The Times.
He offers expert mortgage advice on a local, regional and national level to UK consumers, both face to face, over the phone or via video conference calls at a time that suits you.
Personal
Whilst not working I like to spend time with my wife and kids. I am previous Vice Chairman of Lowland League club, Gala Fairydean Rovers where I have previously been a junior, youth and amateur team coach over the past number of years. You will also often find me at the side of a pitch supporting my boys teams in all weather.
